Conditions
For weeks program prices are based on double occupancy and include accommodations, all meals with wine, lessons, daily tours, airport or rail transfers to and for Florence or Siena, taxes, tips and gratuities.

For week-end programs prices are based on double occupancy and include accommodations, 6 meals, materials, lessons, taxes, tips and gratuities. We will receive you at Toscana Colori® Villa.

For one day programs prices are based on lessons, materials, lunch, taxes, tips and gratuities. There are no hidden costs or additional expenses.

  • ACCOMODATIONS
    Participants in weeks and week-end stay in fully-equipped suites in thee Toscana Colori® Villa. Each suite contains one bedroom, eat-in kitchen, living room with a two places sofa bed, and a fully-equipped modern bathroom.

  • NON-STUDENT GUESTS
    For Week programs we welcome friends and spouses who would like to come to Toscana Colori® without taking part in the Art program. The fee for non-student guests is € 1,800.00 all courses and includes everything but class instruction. For Week-end and One-day programs the price for students and non-students is the same.

  • PAYMENT
    These amount are due at the time of registration:
    for Week programs: € 500.00
    f or Week-end programs: € 100.00
    f or One-day programs: € 50.00
    The balance for each program is due no later than 60 days before the program begins. Your course is guaranteed once the balance has been received.

  • TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
    Toscana Colori® is located near Chiusdino, about 30 km from Siena and 75 km from Florence international Airport, which has direct flights from Rome, Milan and most other major European cities. Only for Week program, our driver will pick you up at Florence Airport, or the Siena Train Station or Bus Depot, but arrival information must be provided at least one week ahead of time.

  • CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
    Toscana Colori® reserves the right to cancel any course for any reason. If a course is cancelled, the money will be refunded and Toscana Colori® will be released from any liability.
    In order to cancel your registration, you must send written notification.
    The money paid will be refunded retaining a cancellation fee determined as of the date Toscana Colori® receives your written notice.
    Cancellation fees are:
    60 days or more before programs date, 10%;
    45-59 days before programs date, 50%;
    less than 45 days before programs date, 100% of money paid.
    Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended.

  • RESPONSIBILITY
    Initial registration indicates agreement with all terms and conditions as stated in this brochure.
    Toscana Colori® reserves the right to make any curriculum or itinerary changes whenever, in its sole judgement, conditions occur.
    Toscana Colori® shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any injury, death or damage for any reason, including war, acts of God, weather, strike, detention, delay, airline or other travel-related circumstances.
    Toscana Colori® also reserves the right to accept or refuse any person as a program participant.
    No refund is made if a participant is asked to leave.
    Toscana Colori® is not responsible for any belongings damaged, lost or left behind by participants.
